Edgepoint Internet Solutions Ltd
Terms
These terms apply to your use of edgepoint-internet.com and to enquiries you send through it. They were last updated on 14 October 2026. They are the website terms. A separate written quote or agreement covers any work we carry out for you.
About Edgepoint
The site is operated by Edgepoint Internet Solutions Ltd, Counter Business Center, Shop B08, Kasarani, Nairobi. You can reach us on 0754 931 100 or at edgepointinternet@gmail.com.
Using the website
You may read the pages and send an enquiry for your own home, business, or organization. Do not misuse the site, attempt to break it, or send unlawful, misleading, or harmful material. The pages describe the kinds of work we do. They are not a promise that a particular service, brand, price, or appointment is available until we confirm it to you.
Quotes and agreed work
Sending the quote form, or messaging us on WhatsApp, is a request for us to contact you. It does not create a contract. A job starts only when we have agreed the scope, price, and timing with you, usually in a written quote or message that you accept.
The price, what is included, what you will supply, and any warranty for a job are the ones stated in that agreement. Payment terms are also stated there. Nothing on this website is a price list or an offer to sell a product at a stated price.
What we need from you
Give us accurate contact and location details. Do not put passwords, bank details, or other sensitive information in the quote form. Give us safe access to the site when a visit has been agreed, and tell us about hazards you know about. If you withhold information that affects the work, the scope, timing, or price may need to change.
The website content
We take care to keep the site accurate, but equipment, coverage, and availability change. Photographs on the site illustrate the type of work. They are not photographs of your premises and they are not a promise that your result will look the same. Our logo and page text belong to Edgepoint. You may not copy them for your own business.
Responsibility
We are responsible for carrying out agreed work with reasonable care and skill. We are not responsible for losses caused by information on the public website where no job has been agreed, by a network or power supplier outside our control, or by misuse of a system after we have handed it over. Nothing in these terms removes a responsibility that Kenyan law does not allow us to exclude.
These terms
These terms are governed by the laws of Kenya. If a court finds one part unenforceable, the rest still applies. We may update these terms by posting a new version on this page. The version on the page at the time you use the site is the one that applies to that use.
